Collection of data for machine learning in circular food industry

The project is supported by Vinnova as a part of the Strategic Innovation program for Process Industrial IT and Automation - PiiA

The project will run from February 2023-December 2024. The purpose is to create a common standard for data collection to enable the use of machine learning models to increase efficiency in the circular food production industry.

The project aims to increase the local supply of foods through implementation of self-learning systems that optimise the processes. An efficient, circular food production system has a great potential impact on the society and the environment.
